What to Expect

Here are a few things that can help you with your visit to the Mayfair location.

  • Worship services are approximately 60 minutes and feature inspiring music and a practical message to help you find and follow Jesus.
  • You'll be greeted by our staff and volunteers who want to answer your questions and help you get where you need to go.
  • Some people will be dressed up and some will be casual. However you dress, we are so glad you are here.

  • Our Parking Team will be ready to help you find a spot! Look for big waves and smiling faces.
  • Those in need of handicapped parking are encouraged to use the designated spaces on the northeast side of the building.

  • The safety and security of your child(ren) is our top priority. Our staff and volunteers go through an application and interview process. They are also background checked every three years and trained on a continual basis.
  • Every child will receive a nametag upon registration and check in. Parents and guardians of children birth through 4th grade will receive a parent/guardian tag that is required at pick up.
  • The nursery (for 0-3 years) offers care and age-appropriate biblical activities during 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. services on Sunday mornings.
  • Kids (4 years-6th grade) engage in Bible lessons, worship, and activities during 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. services on Sunday mornings.
  • Students (7th-12th grade) gather for fellowship, a biblical message, and small groups at 11:00 a.m. on Sundays.

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early. This gives you plenty of time to register your child(ren) or grab a coffee and make your way to your seat.
  • Pre-register your family here! It will help ease the check-in process.
  • Use our Plan Your Visit feature. One of our staff members will contact you, answer any questions you have, and ensure you are taken care of.

Wednesday Nights

Crossings Mayfair

Wednesday Night Classes are coming Fall 2024!

Grow in your faith through high-quality Bible teaching and community. Classes for adults, kids & student ministry, and nursery care are all part of Wednesday Nights at Crossings.

On Wednesday nights in July, we’re getting together for fun and fellowship with events for the whole family!

At Crossings, our desire is to partner with parents to build a foundation of faith in future generations. Crossings Kids exists to teach kids biblical truth and to help them develop a relationship with Jesus in a setting specific to their age. Babies and toddlers hear stories of Jesus’ love in the secure nursery environment. 4 years-4th grade learn about the Bible through worship songs, puppet shows, Bible lessons, and activities. 5th & 6th graders are empowered to grow and develop, to learn and question, and to discover who God has made them to be, all while hanging out in a high-energy atmosphere with games, videos, and small groups.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Crossings OKC offers a one-on-one buddy system for any child in the Nursery or Kids ministry. If you’re interested in learning more, contact us at 405-755-2227, or complete this Buddy-at-a-Glance form.

SAFETY PROCEDURES

Check-in: Because your child’s safety is important to us, all children must be checked in by a parent. You’ll receive a name tag for your child and a corresponding tag so you can securely pick up your child after service.

Allergies: Please contact nursery staff if your child has an allergy so it can be indicated on your child’s name tag.

Crossings MDO provides a safe and loving environment where children begin learning independence and interactive play, while forming new relationships with other children and adult teachers. Our program has a Christian emphasis with monthly themes woven into the arts, crafts, music, and recreation.

Crossings Students exists to help 7th-12th graders become Christ-centered Kingdom Workers who want to live by faith, be a voice of hope, and be known by love in their schools and communities. Students participate in engaging worship and explore stories of the Bible to understand how they apply to their lives today.

In addition to weekly programs, there are many opportunities throughout the year for students to participate in mission projects, retreats, and other special events.

Congregational Care

Crossings Mayfair

One of the ways we care for each other is through our Congregational Care ministry that comes alongside those in the Crossings family in seasons of sorrow, sickness, and setbacks. This shows up in a number of ministries that are largely unseen, yet significant. These ministries range from hospital and shut-in visits, to financial help and counseling for those in hard times, to fellowship for the retired and elderly, to a committed prayer team who prays over requests submitted on Sundays and during the week. We also take joy in ministering to those who are grieving, joining them in their immediate sorrow and following up with them weeks, and sometimes months, after their loss.

Caring for the congregation is a value rooted in the church’s formative years. Because this value continues, many in the Crossings family feel the same sense of intimacy felt by those in the early years, when our church was much smaller.

Stephen Ministry

Crossings Mayfair

Stephen Ministry provides distinctively Christian, one-to-one, gender specific, confidential care to those experiencing difficulties in their lives. Pastors will always be on the front lines of care, especially during times of crisis, but there are always many more needs for ongoing care than pastors can effectively meet by themselves. Stephen Ministry provides a biblical solution—equipping God’s people for ministry.
